Quality assurance
We understand how important consistent quality is when it comes to metal components and components in general, as they often need to fit and function as part of a larger assembly. That is why we prioritize quality assurance very highly.
For this reason, we place strong emphasis on testing and quality control of the components we produce, and we often carry out random sample inspections to ensure that quality is maintained throughout the entire process when running large-scale series production.
We are also proud to say that we very rarely receive complaints.
We can offer full traceability of the materials we use, from raw material to finished product.
Recycling
Like any other company in the twenty-first century, recycling is also part of our agenda. We maintain strong focus on all our work processes and continuously assess where we can recycle materials or reduce our impact on the environment, our surroundings, and our operating costs.
Some of the initiatives we have implemented include:
Recycling of metal chips: All residual material in the form of metal chips is cleaned and collected so it can be recycled.
Oil is cleaned and reused: When working with CNC Swiss turning and machining, large amounts of oil are used to protect both tools and components. All the oil we use is separated from the metal chips and passed through a filtration system, making it ready for reuse in the machines.
Recovery of oil from cloths and materials: Oil from cloths and similar materials is also extracted so it can be reused in the machines, ensuring that our oil loss is kept to an absolute minimum.
