Our Services

Our Services

PG Industri specializes in contract manufacturing using CNC sliding head turning and automatic turning. Our machines can process components ranging from Ø1 to Ø250 mm, and with conventional CNC milling we can machine parts up to 1000 × 650 mm.

We work closely with our customers and manage the entire process from raw material to finished product, including drawings, machining, surface treatment, quality assurance, traceability, and delivery.

With our versatile CNC-controlled machine park, consisting of a total of 10 CNC machines, we ensure high quality, great flexibility, and short delivery times.

We produce more than 15 million components annually, and all parts are cleaned in a washing system that uses modified alcohol to ensure optimal results.

We support you from drawing to finished product – delivered to you.

CNC long turning

CNC long turning

We manufacture components using CNC sliding head turning.

CNC sliding head turning is a specialized type of CNC automatic turning optimized for producing long, slim, and complex parts.

Designed for long and slim components: Our CNC sliding head machines are specifically designed to produce slender and elongated workpieces that can be difficult to machine on conventional lathes. We machine components ranging from Ø1 to Ø38 mm on our sliding head lathes.

High precision: This method enables extremely accurate machining, which is essential to ensure consistency and quality in long, slim components.

Material feed: The workpiece is fed through a guide bushing in the sliding head lathe, providing precise control and support. This is crucial when machining very fine and long parts.

Repeatability: Once a part has been designed and programmed, our CNC sliding head lathes can produce identical components repeatedly with minimal variation, making the process ideal for high-volume production.

General advantages
One of the key advantages of CNC sliding head turning is high productivity. Our machines allow continuous and efficient production while also reducing material waste.

A high surface finish can also be achieved, which is important for many precision components.

CNC sliding head turning is therefore ideal for large production volumes where precision, surface quality, and the integrity of long, slim components are critical. This machining method is indispensable in industries that require high standards of accuracy and reliability, and we are highly specialized in this field.

CNC automatic turning

CNC automatic turning

We also offer machining through CNC automatic turning, which, like other CNC methods, is an advanced and precise way of carrying out computer-controlled machining processes.

Our CNC automatic turning machine is a computer-controlled lathe. This means that components are processed in a different way, which provides other possibilities in the machining process compared to other methods.

The workpiece rotates: The workpiece is clamped in a chuck and rotates while the tool, which remains stationary, removes material.

Primarily for cylindrical parts: This process is ideal for producing symmetrical parts along an axis, such as bolts, shafts, and cylinders.

High precision and surface finish: Our CNC automatic turning provides excellent surface quality and precision for round components.

Repeatability: Once a part has been designed and programmed, our CNC automatic turning machine can produce identical parts again and again with very little variation, making it ideal for mass production.

General advantages

Automated and efficient for large production volumes: The machine can run continuously with minimal human involvement, making it ideal for mass production.

CNC Machining

CNC Machining

Here are some of the primary capabilities and advantages of CNC machining that we can offer:

Complex geometry and high precision: Our CNC milling machines can produce parts with complex shapes and fine details that are often difficult or impossible to achieve with manual machining.

Repeatability: Once a part has been designed and programmed, our CNC machines can manufacture identical parts again and again with very little variation, making this ideal for mass production.

Materials: Our CNC milling machines can be used with a wide range of materials, including metals such as aluminum and steel, as well as plastics and composite materials.

Customization and flexibility: Our CNC milling machines allow for quick design adjustments. This is particularly useful in prototype development and in adapting products to specific requirements.

Efficiency and speed: Our CNC milling machines operate quickly and can often complete a job in a single setup, reducing overall production time.

Increased productivity: Through automation and precision, CNC milling significantly improves productivity in manufacturing processes.

These capabilities make our CNC milling machines a valuable solution in modern manufacturing across a wide range of industries.
